Ask about our portable air conditioners!

We sure hope you don't need to use one, but we have a couple of portable Air Conditioners that we loan out in cases where we can't restore your cooling.

It is just plain Hot!

Summer has arrived in Southern Utah. This is certainly our busiest time of the year, and we do everything we can to restore your cooling the same day that you call. If you call before noon, we will send somebody out that same day. If you call after noon, we will try our best, but most Summer days we fill up our Tech's schedules early on.

More and more of our customers have learned that a lot of times you can avoid that "beginning of the season breakdown" by having us come out in the Spring and check everything out. By running your system before you actually need it, we can maker sure all the components are in working order, and if it does need work, we can get that work done before the thermometer hits 90. It is too late for this year, but we can sign you up for our Maintenance Program to make sure you don't suffer an unnecessary breakdown next Summer.

  • We are still offering financing, with great terms available to save you even more money!

Regardless of the season or the temperature outside, we can make your home feel perfectly comfortable. Please explore our site to learn more about our quality products and services. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please call or email us.

  • Troubleshoot your AC BEFORE you call us!

Sometimes we get called out on calls that don't really require our expertise. We're happy to come out and help you with your AC, but there are some things you should do before you call us:

    1. 1. Change your filter - restricted airflow will cause your unit to ice up, and will end up blocking ALL airflow.
    2. 2. Check your circuit breakers - especially if your thermostat is blank. They may look OK, but you should open them then shut them just to make sure.
    3. 3. Make sure your Thermostat has fresh batteries and is programmed correctly - we've had several calls this year that turned out to be the clock set wrong or crazy programming on the thermostat.
    4. 4. If you are having an intermittent problem, don't turn your system off when it quits working. Leave it in the broken condition so we can diagnose it when we arrive.
  • Avoid breakdowns with an AC Tuneup

The best way to reduce summer breakdowns and improve your condenser performance is by scheduling a seasonal tune-up. Just like all mechanical devices, the life of your condenser will be extended with preventive maintenance, which ensures that all the elements of the unit are working correctly. In addition, regular cleanings can help pinpoint issues before they become big problems. But the best benefit is avoiding most of the common causes of a loss of cooling by replacing many of the minor electrical components before they break. Ask us about our maintenance plans and we'll help you find the plan that is right for you.

  • Buying a New Air Conditioner

Acquiring a new AC system is a major investment and we understand that you want to be careful. There also may be some surprises along the way, such as learning that part of your Air Conditioning system located next to your furnace, and it will also need to be replaced if your old system uses R22. So, as you consider your options, there are several essential questions that you need to answer in order to reasonably guarantee you'll get an energy-saving and cost-effective option for your Southern Utah home. We'll explore these with you and give you all the pros and cons regarding your repair or replace question.
